Large Rancher with Timber Frame

This three bedroom rancher was built for a young couple in the Comox Valley Regional District. Eighteen trees were taken down on the property and milled, stacked and dried on site during the building process. They were used for the timber frame front entrance and back sitting area, timber accents throughout the home and the fence.

The property has become a generational build a rancher home for their extended family, with a timber barn and timber kitchen.
