Astra Bay is currently building a large ocean front custom home. This home will feature timber frame accents, a triple garage with legal suite above, and elevator access to second floor. The home will feature Westeck windows, a kynar treated prolock metal roof, a 20,000 gallon below-ground water cistern with roof water harvesting system, and backup generator power.
Carriage House
New carriage home on Astra Road. This carriage home will feature reclaimed timbers throughout, a rooftop deck, three-stop elevator, outdoor kitchen, and an office and boardroom below.
She Shed
This “she shed” features fir posts and fir laminated timber beams to match the existing custom home.
Commercial
Westview Ford Renovation
Astra Bay was approached to do a complete renovation of the commercial space Westview Ford. The renovation will cover the service area, podiums, offices and boardroom and an addition of new washrooms, all updated to the new Signature Program Ford design.
